A Tale of Power and Vision
A short film on the response to change. There are the innovators, the early adopters all the way to the laggards (pessismists) according to Everett Rogers in his Diffusion of Innovations theory.
Wow. This is pretty awesome! What a simple way of telling an all too common story. It made me reflect on all the organizations I have found myself in and who played what role in each. Made me think: "What role have I played?" and "What role do I WANT to play?"
